IH Long-term Equity Advisors

We focus on significant minority equity holdings in profitable and sustainable Western European companies that have strong market positions and where we see a potential for future performance. We target both private and publicly listed companies, with the ambition of achieving a balance of listed / non-listed holdings over time.

Our aim is to find sustainable, high-quality businesses with demonstrated growth potential and proven track record, strong underlying profitability and clear value creation potential. We are sector agnostic, with a preference for business services, healthcare, and industrials.

We have a long-term perspective on investing and our holding period is indefinite, however we are not a buy-and-hold operation. We believe in active ownership and strive to use our influence for positive and sustainable development.

Michaela Sandberg

Investment Associate

Michaela Sandberg joined IH Long-Term Equity Advisors in 2023. Prior to this Michaela spent 2.5 years at Swedish growth investment firm Alfvén & Didrikson focusing on fast growing European companies in the technology sector.

Behnaz Ahmadi

Investment Associate

Behnaz Ahmadi is an investment associate at IH Long-Term Equity Advisors. Prior to this, Behnaz spent 4 years as management consultant at Roland Berger, where she focused on assisting clients on investment and strategy topics, with healthcare and life sciences as her main industry focus. Behnaz is a doctor of dentistry graduated from Karolinska institute and has a BSc degree in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.

Adam Myhrman

Investment Director

Adam Myhrman is an Investment Director at IH Long-Term Equity Advisors. Prior to this, Adam spent almost ten years at Brummer & Partners, focusing on listed equities.

Prior to that, he was a proprietary equity trader at SEB Enskilda.

Hanna Ideström

Investment Director

Hanna Ideström is an Investment Director at IH Long-Term Equity Advisors. Prior to this, Hanna spent almost four years at Fjärde AP-Fonden being responsible for private equity fund investments. Prior to that, she has extensive experience from lower mid-cap private equity direct investments in the Nordics.

Richard Silén

Head of IH Long-Term Equity Advisors

Richard Silén is the Managing Director of IH Long-Term Equity Advisors. Prior to this, Richard spent 12 years at Interogo Holding’s direct Private Equity investment company, Nalka Invest, where he was part of the Investment Committee. In addition, Richard has extensive experience from direct private equity investments, various board assignments, M&A advisory and from corporate development and M&A.

Johan Karlsson

Investement Manager

Johan joinded IH Long-Term Equity Advisors in 2021. Previous experience from SEB Enskilda Corporate Finance

Our investments

Our aim is to find sustainable, high-quality businesses with demonstrated growth potential and proven track record, strong underlying profitability and clear value creation potential. 

Our investments are made by our Luxemburg based investment fund, Inter Long Term Capital SA, which is managed by IFM, an Alternative Investment Fund Manager, authorized and regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (“CSSF”) in Luxemburg.
