Martin van Dam new CEO of Interogo Holding from September 2024
The Board of Directors of Interogo Holding AG has appointed Martin van Dam as the new CEO of the Interogo Holding group. Martin is today Chief Financial Officer at Inter IKEA Group and will take up his new position on the 1st of September 2024.
After 15 years within the Interogo Holding group and last four years as CEO, Henrik Jonsson has expressed a wish to step down and pursue a non-executive role. Henrik will in his new role continue as Chair of Nalka Invest and the Investment Committee of Long-Term Equity.
"Henrik has together with the team built a solid platform for future growth. With asset allocation and investment strategies in place, Interogo Holding is well positioned to capture future opportunities. I would like to thank Henrik for his valuable contribution and I’m grateful that he will continue to support our journey in a non-executive capacity", said Søren Hansen, Chairman of Interogo Holding AG.
"The past years have been rewarding but also challenging, with extensive travel and high pace of the executive roles. Now it’s time for me to spend more time in Sweden and to slow-down for a while. I feel very comfortable handing over the responsibility to Martin who will be supported by a team of capable and experienced business leaders", says Henrik Jonsson.
