Our group consists of a number of teams, advising and managing the five investment strategies and business support teams. Together, “tillsammans” in Swedish, we create long-term sustainable growth.

With offices all across Europe and US, many different career opportunities arise in our group. We strive to attract and retain people with different backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. Regardless of team or location, our culture and values are at the centre of everything.

Our culture & Values

Our culture is rooted in the IKEA values and this can clearly be seen in how we relate to each other. We give and take responsibility, we encourage new ideas, we challenge each other, and we let humbleness and common sense guide our decisions and conduct. We are also convinced that there is no better management method than to lead by example.

The culture and values of Interogo Holding reflect the entrepreneurial spirit of Ingvar Kamprad, the founder of IKEA and the IKEA values.

Our values are rooted in the Småland region of Sweden, where Ingvar Kamprad was born and grew up. It's a stony and rugged landscape, the inhabitants had to get by on small means and make use of the scarce resources at their disposal.

Smålanders are known for being thrifty and innovative, with a straightforward and no-nonsense approach to problem-solving or business challenges. This ‘Småland’ legacy is built into our culture and values that impact the way we do business today.
