Interogo Infrastructure enters agreement to invest in Nordic Ferry Infrastructure

The Interogo infrastructure strategy has entered into an agreement to add a minority investment in Nordic maritime infrastructure company Nordic Ferry Infrastructure (NFI) to the Interogo infrastructure portfolio. The investment is done in partnership with Gotlandsbolaget and Laegernes Pension. Seller is EQT Infrastructure V (“EQT”).

NFI is a leader in Nordic maritime infrastructure, with operations in Norway, Denmark and Sweden, providing maritime infrastructure on 59 routes, operated by 101 vessels. Every year, more than 25 million passengers travel on the various routes and the company employs 3,200 people. The investment is done in partnership with Gotlandsbolaget and Laegernes Pension.

NFI is a leading ferry infrastructure platform in the Nordics, with a clear strategy supporting the green transition of the industry by investing in large‑scale electrification and next‑generation propulsion. The mix of long‑term concessions and perpetual routes, predictable cash flows and clearly identified upsides underpin its highly resilient business model. We are excited to partner with Gotlandsbolaget, Laegernes Pension and EQT going forward, all sharing our views on sustainable growth and business development, says Constantin Dogos-Docovitch, MD, Interogo Infrastructure
