IH Long-Term Equity Advisors adds Fortnox to Interogo Holding long-term equity portfolio
IH Long-Term Equity Advisors has added a minority investment in Swedish business administration software company Fortnox to the Interogo Holding long-term equity portfolio.
Fortnox is a leading Swedish cloud-based enterprise platform founded in 2001 and headquartered in Växjö, with offices in Malmö, Linköping, and Stockholm. The company offers a comprehensive suite of products tailored to small and medium-sized businesses, including software for accounting, invoicing, payroll, financial management, and embedded services such as financing and payments.
Fortnox was bought out from Nasdaq Stockholm by a consortium formed by EQT X and First Kraft AB, with its last day of trading on July 24th, 2025. Interogo Holding has co-invested alongside EQT X, acquiring a minority stake in the company.
