Interogo Holding’s business focuses on two main areas:
The Interogo Holding group also has a treasury management function through Interogo Holding AG as well as various group services through Inter Holding Services S.A. In addition, Interogo Holding organises the financing for Inter IKEA Holding B.V. and its subsidiaries.
Interogo Holding AG is also a co-shareholder, contributing capital and loan, in Inter IKEA Holding B.V. The sole controlling shareholder in Inter IKEA Holding B.V. is Interogo Foundation.
The structure of Inter IKEA Group was changed in May 2016 and the business was divided. There are now two separate groups, each with their own holding company, board and management. Inter IKEA Holding B.V. in the Netherlands is the holding company of the IKEA related business. Interogo Holding AG in Switzerland is the holding company of the investment businesses.
The change was made to enhance business focus and efficiency. This will also increase simplicity and transparency towards our stakeholders.
The organisation of Interogo Holding is decentralised and each business has a far-reaching responsibility for its operations.
